Sadly the truth is the West is engaged in an unholy holy war with Islam.
Our politicians have their heads buried in the sand, after all, 9/11 and
7/7 attacks were by just a few radicals. This is not true, Islam has been
at war with the West for 1200 or more years. Military since Western
superiority in warfare was proved at the battle of Lepanto, 1571, Islam
has been forced to seek other methods for conquest. Migration and the
ballot box is the agreed method of the majority. The argument that the
majority of Muslims do not want war must be qualified, the majority of
Muslims know that warfare offers them no advantage, so hence, the chosen
method of the majority is to take us by the ballot box and impose Sharia
Law using that method. Islam see the world in two halves, the world at
war, and the world at peace, where Islam rules.
That Islam is divided between various groups should not be our concern,
unless we plan in engaging with them in a vicious civil war with no mercy.
Do all Muslims believe in the insidious multi-level jihad? Absolutely!
They are well aware that the ultimate goal of Islam, in obedience to
Allah, is world domination. Most however, are not willing to be part of
the militant terrorist and shahid forces. In fact, the majority of Muslims
are embarrassed by suicide bombers, and the destructive terrorist
activities. They would rather bring in world wide Islamic rule through
peaceful means, such as through infiltration (the vote) and winning
converts. However, we must understand that the line between being a
peaceful Muslim citizen, and becoming a terrorist or a shahid in the
cause, is merely ideological. Some are willing to pick up the gauntlet
because of their personalities, and their religious fervour. The problem
is that it is impossible to accurately pick out from among them who
desires to become a terrorist, or who a shahid. That is why an apparently
upright peaceful productive chemist can suddenly appear to flip-out, and
become the brains behind the bombs. That is why an apparent loving teacher
and father can become a suicide bomber. The cause is greater than the life
of the individual, and certainly greater than the lives of other Muslims,
or of innocent non-Muslims.
The ideal society, according to the Qur'an is Dar as-Salam, literally,
"the house of peace" (or Dar al-Islam) of which it intones: And Allah
invites to the 'abode of peace' and guides whom He pleases into the right
path. The establishment of abode of peace on earth means to establish
peace in everyday lives, at all levels. This includes personal, social,
state and international levels. The opposite is Dar al-Harb (House of war)
Dar al-Harb; also referred to as Dar al-Garb "house of the West" in later
Ottoman sources; a person from "Dar al-Harb" is a "harbi" is a term
classically referring to those countries where the Muslim law is not in
force. For Islam, the outside world, which has not yet been subjugated, is
the "House of War," and strictly speaking, in a perpetual state of jihad,
or holy war, this is how Islam views the West, we are engaged in a most
unholy holy war.
The establishment of ummah (the Islamic community) on earth based on the
rules of shariah is the ultimate goal of Islam. According to Islamic
eschatology the whole world will be united under the leadership of prophet
Jesus in his second coming. At that time love, justice and peace will be
so abundant that the world will be in likeness of paradise, or in other
words, the world will be Islamic. Until then, Islam is at war with the
world where Islam does not dominate, that does not mean they are using
conventional methods of warfare - the West must wake up.
